1. Administrator danych
Administratorem danych osobowych jest GRUPA DOMINO IT SP. Z O.O., właściciel marki AutomotivePRO, ul.
2. Czego dotyczy ta polityka
Polityka obejmuje stronę informacyjną multidealercrm.pl i formularz „Zamów demo”.
3. Jakie dane zbieramy
- Formularz „Zamów demo”: imię i nazwisko, nazwa salonu lub firmy, adres e-mail, numer telefonu (opcjonalnie) i treść wiadomości.
- Ochrona formularza: skrót kryptograficzny (HMAC) Twojego adresu IP z liczbą wysłanych prób — bez samego adresu i bez treści zgłoszenia.
- Logi serwera: jak każdy serwer WWW, serwer hostingu zapisuje techniczne dane żądań (adres IP, data i godzina, adres strony, typ przeglądarki).
- Pamięć przeglądarki: Twój wybór dotyczący cookies (szczegóły w punkcie 9).
Nie profilujemy użytkowników, nie podejmujemy wobec nich zautomatyzowanych decyzji i nie używamy narzędzi analitycznych ani reklamowych.
4. Cele i podstawy prawne
- Odpowiedź na zgłoszenie i umówienie prezentacji — art. 6 ust. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO (prawnie uzasadniony interes: kontakt z osobą, która o niego prosi).
- Bezpieczeństwo strony i ochrona formularza przed spamem i nadużyciami — art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO.
- Ustalenie, dochodzenie lub obrona roszczeń — art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO.
- Informacje handlowe wysyłamy wyłącznie, gdy wyrazisz na to osobną zgodę — art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO.
8. Twoje prawa
- dostęp do swoich danych i otrzymanie ich kopii,
- sprostowanie, usunięcie lub ograniczenie przetwarzania,
- przeniesienie danych,
- sprzeciw wobec przetwarzania opartego na prawnie uzasadnionym interesie (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO),
- cofnięcie zgody w dowolnej chwili — bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania przed jej cofnięciem,
- skarga do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl).
Aby skorzystać z praw, napisz na biuro@automotivepro.pl. Odpowiadamy bez zbędnej zwłoki, najpóźniej w ciągu miesiąca.
9. Cookies i pamięć przeglądarki
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is GRUPA DOMINO IT SP. Z O.O., owner of the AutomotivePRO brand, ul. Elewatorska 1A, 15-620 Białystok, Poland.
For any matter concerning personal data, write to biuro@automotivepro.pl or call +48 600 720 700.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers the information website multidealercrm.pl and its “Request a demo” form. It does not cover data processed inside the MultiDealer CRM system by the dealerships that use it — for their customers' data the dealership is the controller and we act as a processor under a data processing agreement. How we protect data in the system is described in the Trust Center.
3. What data we collect
- “Request a demo” form: first and last name, dealership or company name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and your message.
- Form protection: a cryptographic hash (HMAC) of your IP address with the number of attempts — not the address itself and not the content of your request.
- Server logs: like any web server, the hosting server records technical request data (IP address, date and time, page address, browser type).
- Browser storage: your cookie choice (see section 9).
We do not profile users, make automated decisions about them or use any analytics or advertising tools.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to your request and arranging a presentation — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest: contacting a person who asked for it).
- Website security and protecting the form against spam and abuse — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Marketing information is sent only if you give separate consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
5. What happens to your form request
Your request is sent by e-mail to the AutomotivePRO sales mailbox. The website server does not store its content — there is no request database on the website. The request is then handled in the sales team's mailbox.
6. Recipients
Data may be disclosed only to entities that technically operate the website and e-mail — the website hosting provider and the e-mail provider — under data processing agreements and only to the extent needed to provide the service. We do not sell data or share it for marketing purposes.
The website font (Outfit) is loaded from Google Fonts servers. When it is downloaded, your browser sends Google your IP address and technical browser data — as with any file downloaded from an external server. Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area under the terms of the Google Privacy Policy.
7. How long we keep data
- Form request — for the duration of talks about a presentation and possible cooperation; if none follows, no longer than 12 months from the last contact, unless the data is needed to defend legal claims.
- IP hash for form protection — counters cover the last hour and the last day; older entries are ignored and overwritten with subsequent requests.
- Server logs — for the period set by the hosting provider for security purposes.
- Cookie choice — 1 day in your browser storage.
8. Your rights
- access to your data and a copy of it,
- rectification, erasure or restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- withdrawal of consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal,
- lodging a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl), or with the authority in your EU country of residence.
To exercise your rights, write to biuro@automotivepro.pl. We reply without undue delay, within one month at the latest.
9. Cookies and browser storage
The website does not set advertising, analytics or preference cookies. In browser storage (localStorage) it saves only your choice from the cookie banner — for 1 day, so the banner does not return on every visit. The form uses a short-lived anti-spam ticket that is not stored in your browser.
You can change your choice in the cookie settings or by clearing site data in your browser settings. If we start using other categories, we will update this policy and the consent banner first.
10. Providing data
Providing data in the form is voluntary, but without your name, company name and e-mail address we cannot reply to your request. The phone number is optional.
11. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the way the website works or the law changes. The current version is always available at this address. This is a translation; in case of discrepancies the Polish version prevails.
